The Lower Owens River has finally come down and in the last half of and hours it has dropped down to a very fishable flow of 276 cfs… This is great news for fly anglers awaiting the great fly fishing the Lower Owens offers us every fall, winter and spring.  Stay tuned as we will be updating how  the Lower Owens is  fishing  the next few days.
